About our Heating blankets
Our heating blankets for curing GRE joints are provided with:
- Strain relief to prevent cable failure
- Cold tab and flap to prevent burning fingers
- Velcro for easy installation
- Eye for easy storage
- The heating blankets operate standard on 230 V.
We offer two types:
- blankets with built-in controller (inbuilt limiter)
- blankets with external controller (controller).
Our models
Type Inbuilt Limiter
The temperature of the heating blanket is set at a fixed value and measured by means of a thermocouple. The temperature is regulated within a few degrees Celsius.
Type External Controller
The temperature of the heating blanket is measured with a built-in thermocouple. The measurement is entered in a separate controller, with which the temperature can be set and regulated. The temperature is regulated within a few degrees Celsius.
Combined blankets: The blankets can be connected to each other without overlap by means of press-studs. This makes every combination possible, so that every large diameter can be heated.
Other blankets: There are many variations possible. The blankets are used as heaters for barrels, liquids, pipes and other applications. The blankets can be supplied in any shape and (fixed or adjustable) temperature range.
Drumheaters: Drum heaters are used to reduce the viscosity of products such as oils, fats and other products. We offer various types of drum heaters for plastic drums and steel drums.
